COST

Global shipping is uniquely charged at checkout based on your country and weight of purchase for all pieces purchased through the ASTON Bridal sample sale. If you live in a remote location and/or any 'unreasonable' and unforeseen cost is estimated by DHL after purchase we will reach out and confirm if you'd like to proceed under those unforeseen costs.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All orders outside Australia may incur duties, taxes and custom charges.

These are payable by the customer in addition to the purchase price and shipping cost.

We will not cover duties or taxes.

COURIER

If you live inside Australia your gown will be shipped with Australia Post.

If you live outside Australia your gown will be shipped with DHL, FedEX or UPS depending on your location.

TIMEFRAME

Please allow for up to 14 business days for the order to be dispatched/shipped and at least 3 - 7 business days for the order to be received by courier, in most circumstances this will be faster however this is our safe window with the busier period of the sale.

If you require your order urgently, please submit an email, no pieces will be held in the event you are awaiting a reply.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. If incorrect details have been submitted email to see what can be done prior to fulfilment.

Delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once an order has been dispatched.
